History of Anicadu Service Co-Operative Bank Ltd


The Anicadu Service Co-Operative bank was an earlier co-operative bank established in 1550 in Muvattupuzha taluk. The history of the Anicadu bank says that it was started in april 13th 1927, as the perengazha Christian paraspara sahaya sahakarana sangham in a church building, from that time to now, it's being 84 years the bank started functioning, first, the society was in peringazha, but most of the working area was located at Anicadu, so by the time being it has been shifted to Anicadu in 1931 and also the name of the bank has changed to the Anicadu service Co-Operative bank. In 1970, the bank started functioning at its own building. So, this society has been enhanced into The Anicadu Service co-Operative Bank Ltd.
